The Heart of England is situated on the main high street in the heart of Weedon. There is a nice sized carpark which wraps round the whole of the pub. There are several entrances into the pub from the main doors, garden and hotel side entrance.
As you enter the pub from the main entrance you immediately see the bar which is an L shape, visible from the lounge and the main bar areas. There is lots of seating which is nicely split into different zones. This is helpful for large bookings, and private functions can be accommodated as part of the pub can be closed off. The pool and dart board area is within its own space, which is good as it doesn’t create noise for diners or customers visiting for a quiet drink.
There are also 12 letting rooms that are fairly busy due to close network links to the M1. The Heart of England is currently averaging £14,500 in weekly sales with a Wet 46% / Dry 27% / Rooms 27% sales mix.
We are looking for experienced partners who are good at promoting and driving a business, with a keen focus on customer service.
