We’re on the lookout for a Commis Chef to join our team at Marston’s in Durham, ENG, GB.

Responsibilities
- Prep, create and bring the pub menu to life
- Learn new prepping skills and bring meals to life for the first time
- Own a section of the kitchen and support day-to-day running
- Deliver great, hot food to specification each and every time
- Work within a team in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar Chef role or as an experienced Kitchen Porter (KP)
- Be willing to learn about kitchen areas and procedures
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering quality food to spec
