As Sous Chef you’ll be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to our Head Chef – stepping up and covering for them when they’re not on shift.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
  • Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
  • Accountable for running the line during service.
  • Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team – helping to develop their skills.
  • Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service.

Salary & Hours

Up to £13.37 per hour, 35 hours per week. Reliable hours contract with Career Development Programme (CDP) for progression to Head Chef.
