Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the second in command to the Head Chef, stepping in when they are not on shift.
  • Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
  • Be accountable for running the line during service.
  • Oversee, organise and encourage the kitchen team, helping to develop their skills.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food and service, ensuring hot, quality food is presented to the pass each and every time.

Qualifications:

  • Previous branded experience in a similar role or experience as an experienced Commis Chef.
