As an Assistant Manager you’ll be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around. You will lead from the front to create memorable experiences that bring guests back.

Responsibilities

  • Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.
  • Inspire and motivate the pub team on every shift.
  • Be passionate about doing the right thing for team and guests.
  • Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a similar/branded environment.
