Park House, Kettering

The Park House is a stunning traditional red-brick pub, located next to the Retail Park in Kettering. The Park House is unique as not only does it welcome shoppers, and workers, but is also surrounded by houses and has built a consistent local trade. Inside it operates over two floors, with a bar on each. The Park House delivers a full Marston\’s menu and also has a pizza deck within the kitchen.

With capacity to cater for 176 covers, the pub has so much potential with its well-attended quiz and poker nights. The second floor could also be better utilised to host various private events for guests. The Park House is currently taking an estimated £18,000 a week with a 60/40 dry to wet split.

We are looking for an experienced food operator who is both sales and engagement focused. Someone who will continue to keep the Park House the hub of the community!
