The Wyandotte is a wonderful community pub servicing the locals just outside Kenilworth Town Centre. The pub has a big roadside presence on a crossroad meaning there is plenty of passing trade to attract. There is a small car park, a very well kept, maintained and enclosed beer garden, underground cellar with storage space, and a small kitchen suitable for a bar snack menu.
The pub functions via one central bar and benefits from two dart boards which attracts darts teams to the pub. During the week days, the pub is frequented by local drinkers and those looking for a bite to eat. Weekday evenings draw in locals looking for light entertainment like quiz, bingo and darts teams. On weekends, the Wyandotte is a popular first stop for people heading into town for the evening.
Currently the pub is achieving sales of £5,800 with scope to drive this through consistent entertainment and weekly activity, as well as implementing a small bar snack menu, as the pub is 100% wet.
