As Sous Chef you'll be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to our Head Chef - stepping up and covering for them when they're not on shift.

- Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
- Accountable for running the line during service
- Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team - helping to develop their skills
