The Horseshoe Inn is a lovely, traditional village pub with lots of snug areas and a separated dining room, situated in the heart of Tatenhill on the main road with plenty of passing trade. The pub is characterful with two real fires, large carpark and garden with outside bar and children's climbing frame. Currently, the pub is achieving weekly sales of around £9,000 split 80/20 in favour of wet, but there is plenty of new housing surrounding the village as well as the Adventure Farm which could be tapped into to increase footfall.
The Horseshoe Inn would benefit from an experienced Operator (in both wet and food trade, as the pub serves a Marston's menu) who can drive sales within the local village and market weekly community activity effectively to draw in new crowds.

- Low ingoing costs, deposits starting from £5,000 and £360 legal cost. (*deposits can vary dependant on business – ask us for more details*)
