We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our pub kitchen team. The role involves preparing, cooking and presenting menu items while learning new skills and supporting the kitchen.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals, ensuring food quality and presentation.
  • Assist in maintaining kitchen hygiene and organization.
  • Work with the kitchen team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Learn and apply knowledge of kitchen areas and procedures.
  • Support day‑to‑day kitchen operations and help other staff as needed.
  • Deliver hot food to specification at all times.
  • Participate in the company’s Chef Development Programme aimed at progression to a Sous Chef role.
