Marston’s in Wales is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and set the standards across the pub. You will play a key part in the pub management team to create memorable guest experiences and help the team deliver top quality food.
You’ll develop and retain a motivated kitchen crew, with career opportunities across pubs, hotels and our training platform. Previous Head Chef experience or readiness to step up from Sous/Second Chef is preferred.
