With huge screens, top-tier entertainment, great food & drink, and an unbeatable atmosphere. Now we’re looking for a dynamic pub partner to be part of it. At our Grandstand pubs we don’t just show live sport - we live it. From football to live music, this is where fans belong, and where your next partnership could belong too.
Currently, the Hare and Hounds in Greenford is a traditional local with a warm, welcoming feel. The pub is known for its friendly atmosphere, well-kept beers, and fantastic beer garden — a true hidden gem where customers love to relax in the sunshine. Inside you’ll find a spacious bar area that buzzes with energy on match days, with live sports shown throughout the week on multiple screens. Outside there is a huge garden for guests to enjoy in the summer months. Currently averaging £6,500 in weekly sales, this 100% wet led venue is a fantastic opportunity for a publican who loves sport, good beer, and great company.
The successful operator will need to be sports-driven, with food experience, someone who can market the sporting events, keep ahead of the fixtures and bring in all elements of the community to enjoy the immersive experience at our Grandstand pubs!
What’s in it for you?
- 20% share of weekly wet sales, excluding VAT.
- Low ingoing costs, starting with just a £5,000 deposit and £360 legal cost. (*deposits can vary dependant on business – ask us for more details*)
- Accommodation included with most bills covered, except the council tax & TV License.
