We are looking for a seasoned Supervisor or Team Leader to manage our pub operations, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and profitably.

Responsibilities

  • Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
  • Work with the wider pub management team to keep the business running efficiently and profitably
  • Opening and closing duties, stocking, and cashing up
  • Serve as a role model for customer service
  • Think on the spot and use your initiative
  • Be accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away

Qualifications

  • Relevant supervisory or team‑lead experience in a pub or similar setting
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
  • Ability to work flexibly – including evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Proactive and able to make decisions under pressure

Working hours & pay

From £12.81 per hour, 20 hours per week, with a reliable hours contract and flexible/part‑time options.
