We are looking for a seasoned Supervisor or Team Leader to manage our pub operations, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and profitably.
Responsibilities
- Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
- Work with the wider pub management team to keep the business running efficiently and profitably
- Opening and closing duties, stocking, and cashing up
- Serve as a role model for customer service
- Think on the spot and use your initiative
- Be accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
Qualifications
- Relevant supervisory or team‑lead experience in a pub or similar setting
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
- Ability to work flexibly – including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Proactive and able to make decisions under pressure

Working hours & pay
From £12.81 per hour, 20 hours per week, with a reliable hours contract and flexible/part‑time options.
