Marston’s plc, based in Glasgow, is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You will be the second in command to the Head Chef, stepping in when required and ensuring the pass-to-table quality and presentation of hot, quality dishes every service.
You’ll manage the line during service, support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, and actively develop the kitchen team while upholding the brand’s standards and customer experience.
