We’re looking for a General Manager for a popular food led pub in Wrexham. Salary up to £45,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub

This is a strong opportunity to take on a busy, food-led pub in a prominent location, with the advantage of being close to Wrexham city centre, the central bus and train station, and Wrexham football stadium. The Plas Coch is already taking around £28,000 a week, with a 65/35 split towards food, and benefits from being in a high-footfall location with plenty of passing trade.

We’re looking for a strong General Manager, with the confidence and experience to thrive in a high-volume food environment and make the most of big event days. There is real potential to grow weekend trade through more targeted activity, introduce live midweek events such as bingo, and create strong pre- and post-match offers that tap into the stadium crowd and drive sales beyond matchday.

Management accommodation is available in the form of 4 bedroom flat, situated above the pub.
