About the pub: The Haworth Old Hall is a landmark 17th‑century building in the heart of Haworth — a village that draws thousands of visitors each year. Steeped in history and character, this former courthouse and private residence has been transformed into one of the area’s most atmospheric pubs, offering a premium food experience across 70 covers, with additional outdoor seating to the front and rear that thrives in the summer months as well as hotel rooms. Trading at £25,000 per week with a balanced 50/50 wet–food split, the site already performs strongly, yet still has clear headroom for growth. With its heritage charm, high footfall location and loyal local following, Haworth Old Hall is perfectly positioned to reach £30,000+ per week under the leadership of a driven, commercially minded General Manager. Management accommodation is available in the form of a 3 bedroom flat with kitchen, bathroom and lounge.
Responsibilities:
- Care about finding, growing and engaging your team.
- Be accountable for running all aspects of your pub.
- Be passionate about doing the right thing for your staff and your customers.
- Dream big and think differently about new ways to increase sales and growth.
