We're looking for a General Manager for a premium food led pub in Brackley. Salary up to £55,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

Built just six years ago, this modern venue combines a quality food and drink offer with a 46 bedroom hotel, creating multiple revenue streams and a diverse customer base.
Its prime location makes it a popular meeting point for guests travelling from across the region, while its proximity to Silverstone attracts motorsport enthusiasts and a strong corporate trade.
The adjoining hotel benefits from regular business from companies visiting the Silverstone area, providing significant opportunities to further grow occupancy, increase average room rates, and enhance the overall guest experience.
Currently generating weekly sales of approximately £64,000, split evenly between food and drink (40% each) with rooms contributing a further 20%, the Paisley Pear offers substantial scope for a commercially minded General Manager to drive performance.
Success will come from maximising hotel revenue, delivering exceptional food and drink standards, and creating memorable guest experiences through outstanding service and operational excellence.
