The predicted salary is between 10 - 15 £ per hour.
As Sous Chef you will be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to our Head Chef - stepping up and covering for them when they are not on shift.
Responsibilities:
- Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef
- Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
- Accountable for running the line during service
- Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team - helping to develop their skills
- Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service

Salary & Hours: Up to £12.21 per hour – 30 hours per week. Reliable hours contract.
