Marston’s PLC is recruiting a Sous Chef to join our team in Duffield. You’ll be right in the action in a busy kitchen, second in command to the Head Chef, and will cover for them on shifts to ensure consistent quality on the pass.
You’ll bring branded experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef, assist in managing all kitchen aspects, run the line during service, and help develop the team while upholding high standards of food and service.
