The King William is a traditional 2-door bar and lounge located on the busy Pensnett Road in Dudley, close to the hospital, with plenty of local footfall to tap into.
The bar area features pool and darts facilities which the Operator can use to attract local teams and drive business further. The King William is a community focussed pub, currently 100% wet but with a small kitchen offering the Operator the option of introducing a small food menu. It benefits from a large carpark and beer garden to the rear.
Currently, the pub is achieving weekly sales of around £6,000 with scope to increase this by creating daily reasons to visit, weekly community activity, and live entertainment.
