Marston’s PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team at one of our local pubs. You’ll lead by example, ensure hot, quality food presented to the pass, and support the Head Chef in all kitchen operations.
You’ll oversee the line during service, help develop the kitchen team, and maintain high standards of food and service. Flexible and part-time hours are available to fit family or higher education commitments.
