The Corner Pin is a proper community local in Longton, with a strong regular trade, a great reputation and plenty going on throughout the week. Recently benefitting from an investment, the Corner Pin is a wet-led pub with weekly takings of around £4,800.

Inside, the pub is a one-room operation with the bar at the centre of the space, ample seating, a pool table, darts board, big screen and projector for Sky Sports. There is also a small, enclosed courtyard, giving guests somewhere to enjoy a drink outside when the weather is on side.

This is already a busy locals pub with darts and pool teams playing in local leagues, plus karaoke, live music and sport helping to drive weekend trade. There is room to build on this further by adding more midweek activity, growing the pub teams and making the most of the community feel the Corner Pin already has.

We are looking for an operator who understands what makes a great local pub tick; someone visible, hands-on and comfortable getting involved with regulars, teams and events. There is also a small kitchen which is not currently used, offering the potential to introduce a simple food offer in the future, with 100% of those food sales retained by the partner.

What’s in it for you?

  • 20% share of weekly wet sales, excluding VAT.
  • Keep 100% of the food sales.
  • Low ingoing costs, starting with just a £5,000 deposit and £360 legal cost. (*deposits can vary dependant on business – ask us for more details*)
  • Accommodation included with most bills covered, except the council tax & TV License.
