Marston’s Plc is seeking a Sous Chef to lead on the shop floor and support the Head Chef in delivering consistent, high-quality meals. You’ll be at the heart of the kitchen, getting hands-on in busy service and guiding the team to keep food moving smoothly and to spec.
You’ll be accountable for running the line during service, helping develop colleagues, and maintaining the brand’s standard of excellence across all dishes and service experiences.
