This is a full‐time Deputy Manager roaming role based in Bristol and Gloucester through to Swindon Area. The Deputy Manager will oversee daily operations of the pub, including managing staff, ensuring high‐quality customer service, and maintaining operational standards. Responsibilities include:

  • Staff training and scheduling
  • Supporting smooth service delivery
  • Monitoring inventory
  • Fostering a positive work environment
  • Assisting in financial management
  • Meeting sales targets
  • Collaborating with the General Manager to achieve overall business objectives
