The predicted salary is between 11 - 16 £ per hour.

As Sous Chef you will be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to our Head Chef – stepping up and covering for them when they are not on shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef
  • Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
  • Accountable for running the line during service
  • Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team – helping to develop their skills
  • Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service

Salary & Hours:

Pay: Up to £13.50 per hour for 35 hours per week on a reliable hours contract.
