We’re on the lookout for a Night Porter to join our team! Make a difference to the moments that matter to us and our guests. As the face of our Marston’s Inns after hours, you’ll be solely responsible for running the business overnight. Self-reliant, you’ll need to enjoy your own company and be resourceful enough to tackle any challenges that arise. But that’s not all, you’ll be on call to support our guests – ensuring their hotel stay is a memorable one.

As Night Porter and part of our wider hotel and pub team you’ll:

  • Work throughout the night, usually between 11pm and 7am
  • Be on call to take care of our guests' needs, over the phone and face to face
  • Be professional and friendly when interacting with guests
  • Be responsible for the safety and security of the pub and hotel guests
  • Complete tasks that set the pub and hotel team up for success the following day
