Job Overview

Marston’s, one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains, is seeking a General Manager for the Paisley Pear – a contemporary premium pub and restaurant located between Brackley and Silverstone.

The role involves leading both the pub and its 46‑bedroom hotel, driving commercial performance, and serving as the key ambassador for the venue.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the pub and hotel operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest experience.
