Marston's PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team in a busy pub environment. You’ll be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to the Head Chef – stepping up and covering for them when they’re not on shift.
You’ll assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen, run the line during service, and help develop the team while upholding the highest standards of food and service.
