As an Assistant Manager you\’ll: Be part of the bar management team, with a passion for leading and motivating others, you\’ll help lead the team to create memorable experiences that gets our guests coming back for more.

• Support the GM and management team in achieving financial and business KPI\’s
• Inspire and motivate your bar team on every shift
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment
