Located in the affluent village of Anslow near Burton upon Trent, The Bell is an established destination pub featuring two well-presented trading rooms, a large beer garden, an external dining patio, and a marquee with its own bar offering around 100 additional covers.
We’re seeking an experienced chef and front‑of‑house couple/partnership to take this versatile site to its full potential. You’ll need strong operational skills, confidence in networking, and the ability to market the pub effectively.
The site can be quieter during winter, so we’re looking for operators with creativity, resilience, and a clear vision to drive footfall year‑round through great hospitality, engaging events, and targeted local activity.
