About the pub:
The Chalkhill Blue in Andover has the winning charm of a pub coupled with restaurant fare. A convenient location just off the A303, the pub attracts diners, drinkers and families. Outside, there is a beautiful beer garden with a covered terrace and a private pagoda. Inside provides an adult/family experience. Due to the pub's proximity to the retail park and nearby military base, there is lots of opportunity to drive sales. The Chalkhill Blue is currently averaging £24,000 in weekly sales with a 65/35 dry to wet sales mix. There is scope here to grow the wet sales; we are looking for someone who is used to a busy food-led environment. Someone who can deliver sales as well as a great atmosphere in a pub that makes guests return. Management accommodation is available in the form of a spacious 3-bedroom flat.
