We're on the lookout for a Supervisor to join our team! Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences and driving engagement? We're looking for a Supervisor who will play a key role in functions and promotions, ensuring every event runs smoothly and every campaign shines!

- Support the team to deliver everyday moments and stand-out occasions.

- Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
- Work with the wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably.
- Open and close, stock, and cash up.
- Be a role model for customer service.
- Think on the spot and use your initiative.
- Be accountable for the smooth running of shifts and managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away.

At Marston's, you will be working towards your Marston's Academy Hospitality Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification over the course of 15 months.
