My Newbury based client is looking for a Land Surveyor to join their team as they continue to grow. Main purpose of Land Surveyor role To carry out land surveys and setting out, assisting with designs and CAD drawings in accordance with our Quality Management System. Relationships · Reporting to Contract Management team and Directors. · Liaison with clients, site and office staff. Main tasks and responsibilities · Undertake surveys; initial, setting out and as laid. · Assist with initial site visits and liaise with the project management team, throughout the construction process, to produce proposed and construction plans utilising AutoCAD and LSS Software, including temporary works. · Provide and produce as laid drawings for company clients. · Prioritise workload and be able to work to a deadline. · Maintain standards of excellence, ensuring the continuance of the company’s reputation and client satisfaction. The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and applicants will undertake varying tasks as the Land Surveyor role evolves within the organisation and to meet the overall business objectives of the Company.
