The Governors of the school are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and appropriately experienced individual to the role of Family Support Worker. Do you have a desire and willingness to support vulnerable young people and their families? Do you have an optimistic outlook, wanting to positively influence the lives of vulnerable families? Are you willing to gain the necessary skills and expertise to facilitate the above?
To be considered for the role you should have:
- Experience working with vulnerable children and their families
- A true passion for positively influencing the lives of the more vulnerable
- Have the ability to build positive relationships with parents and professionals
Part-Time (2 days/13.5 hrs per week - Term Time Only). Due to the nature of the role, there could be a need for a degree of flexibility with the agreed working periods. As part of our safeguarding children procedures the successful candidates will be required to undertake enhanced DBS checks.
