Marston Holdings is seeking driven individuals to join our field operations team as Trainee Enforcement Agents, with full training and support provided to achieve City & Guilds Certification.
This is not your typical enforcement role. You will manage complex and sensitive situations, execute warrants, and address persistent evasion with professionalism and integrity. You’ll be a trusted representative of our organisation—using sound judgment, handling high-stakes interactions, and upholding the highest industry standards.
During your 12 week training period there will be a requirement to spend time in London, this will be for a few days at a time.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver enforcement actions, including Liability Orders, with a focus on persistent evaders and high-profile cases.
- Independently manage a diverse caseload, using investigative techniques to locate individuals, assess situations, and secure payments or recover goods.
- Carry out in-person visits and handle sensitive conversations—involving vulnerable individuals—using empathy, professionalism, and effective conflict resolution skills.
- Complete accurate documentation, manage payment collections, and follow all regulatory and procedural standards.
- Identify and respond to sophisticated non-compliance or evasion strategies with proactive, evidence-based solutions.
- Conduct visits during early mornings, some evenings, and occasional weekends. Travel and overnight stays may be required depending on operational demands.
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK Driving Licence - essential for this field-based role.
- Confident, calm, and articulate when engaging with the public, especially under pressure.
