Engage Services ESL, part of Marston Holdings Ltd are looking for a confident efficient individual to complete their team! Based in our dynamic and fast-paced Camberley office you'll be responsible for getting in touch with customers and clients by phone and email - handling daily queries and ensuring clear communication at all times.
What you will be doing:
- Handling case files from commencement to conclusion
- Acting as the key point of contact via phone and email for clients and customers
- Collaborating with the enforcement team to resolve case inquiries quickly
- Preparing reports and processing invoicing
- Diary management and case planning
- Using online consumer tracing tools and databases
