We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Warrant Control Co‑ordinator to join our team. This key administrative role is responsible for accurately loading and processing Enforcement, TMA and HMCTS warrants, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely communication with relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load Enforcement warrants received via email, ClientWeb and SFTP accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor the Newcase mailbox, ensuring all emails are responded to on the day of receipt and actioned promptly.
  • Assist with the processing and sending of the paid and return weekly files.
  • Liaise with line manager to resolve any warrant loading or system issues.

Additional Duties

  • Work within Columbus systems.
  • Use the File Upload Tool (FUT).
  • Use the Electronic Conversion Input System (ECIS).
  • Use the Case Input System.
  • Provide sickness and holiday cover for team members loading TMA, HMCTS and Arrest Warrant data.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Confident and professional email communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
