At Marston Holdings, we are looking for an exceptional Finance Director – Enforcement to join our senior leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Enforcement division. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused and confident finance leader who thrives in a fast paced environment and builds strong relationships naturally.

We are looking for a visible, engaging, and influential people person who can challenge thinking, inspire confidence, and communicate financial insight clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Leading finance across three Enforcement business units, you will drive strategic decision making through accurate forecasting, strong KPI performance, and commercially focused insight. You will play a key role in supporting business growth, operational improvement, and major strategic initiatives across the division.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Acting as a trusted commercial partner to the Enforcement Managing Director and senior leadership team
  • Leading strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the division
  • Driving financial and commercial KPI performance across all three business units
  • Delivering accurate, timely, and decision focused financial reporting and insight
  • Supporting strategic initiatives, investment decisions, bids, and operational improvements
  • Leading and developing a high performing finance team, including two senior direct reports
  • Driving continuous improvement, automation, and process optimisation across the finance function
  • Building strong relationships with operational, commercial, and support teams across the business
  • Providing clear and commercially focused reporting to Executive and Board level stakeholders
  • Identifying financial and commercial risks and ensuring appropriate mitigation plans are in place

What You Will Bring

  • Proven experience within a senior finance leadership role in a commercially focused operational environment with excellent strategic and operational awareness
  • A confident and influential people person who builds strong relationships quickly
  • Someone who can communicate complex financial information clearly and confidently
  • Strong experience influencing senior stakeholders, supporting business decision making and performance improvement
  • High level proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience operating at pace and delivering high quality outputs to Executive and Board level audiences
  • Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
