Part Time - Weekends Only | Fixed Term (6 Months)
Marston Holdings Ltd is looking for friendly, motivated Customer Service Agents to join our growing Contact Centre team in Rochdale. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and delivering great service, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You Will Be Doing
- Handling inbound customer calls
- Taking and processing payments accurately
- Supporting customers with applications and account queries
- Managing sensitive or difficult conversations with confidence and empathy
Working 22 hours per week across weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as a part-time, fixed-term role.
