Are you organized, detail-oriented, and looking for an office-based role where you can make a real impact? Engage is a technology-driven field services provider, part of Marston Holdings Limited. We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team and keep our field operations running smoothly. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Rochdale office.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting team against KPIs
- Carrying out tasks required to facilitate our service offerings
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders via email and telephony
- Providing support for field agents on the day or in advance of visits
- Liaising with 3rd party contacts and booking/canceling resources
- Carrying out quality checks on accounts visited by the field team
- Assisting with office administration tasks/requirements
- Packaging new field agent kits for postage
