Job Description Reward Manager At Marston Holdings, we’re committed to creating a workplace that attracts, develops, and retains top talent. As part of our ongoing growth, we’re looking for an experienced, strategic Reward Manager to shape and deliver our compensation and benefits strategy across the UK. As our Reward Manager, you’ll lead the total reward framework for a large, unionised workforce of over 5,100 employees. This role operates both strategically and operationally, partnering closely with senior leaders, the People Team, and operational managers to develop a reward and recognition programme that is fair, transparent, and fully aligned with our business objectives. You will also play a crucial role in advancing our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, ensuring transparency, and consistently driving positive change.
