Our Enforcement Officers play a big part by enforcing and clamping untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA.
What does a DVLA Enforcement Officer Do?
- Liaises with members of the public and gives advice regarding clamping and fines.
- Advises the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.
- Works alongside other agencies when required including Police, DVLA and VOSA.
- Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available.
- Ensures all vehicles and enforcement equipment is serviced and fit for purpose reporting faults to the Manager.
- Completes daily reports regarding activities.
This is a full‑time position 42.5h/week, Mon‑Fri 8:30 - 5:30 and every other Saturday 9-12.

- Full UK Driving Licence.

- Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential.
