As Commercial Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients, and ensuring compliance with the relevant rules, regulations and organisational policies.
Fees & Benefits
- Starting daily rate: £150+ for the first 4 weeks, followed by a fees-only structure with an OTE of £200+ per day.
- Flexible working arrangement: A minimum commitment of 2 weekdays per week, at 8 hours per day, with the freedom to select your preferred working days.
- Workdays: Monday-Friday or Saturdays (subject to client requirements).

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Visiting commercial water customers on behalf of major water retail clients.
- Obtaining payments for arrears, verifying lease agreements for new occupiers.
- Performing a temporary disconnection or reconnection of the water supply, if required.
- Interacting with the customer to resolve their account; full training given.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
- ULEZ-compliant vehicle (for London assignments).
- Clean DBS.
- Satisfactory credit history (CCJs accepted where repayment arrangements exist).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and reporting abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams and clients.
- Understanding of energy, utilities, or enforcement operations is advantageous.
- Experience in enforcement, security, debt recovery, or other customer-facing and field-based roles requiring negotiation, resilience, and professionalism is highly desirable.
