Vidalert is looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Project Assistant to join our Operational Delivery team.

About The Role
As a Senior Project Assistant, you will play a key role in project delivery, governance, and operational activities across the business.
Working closely with project teams, operational stakeholders and senior management, you will ensure that project documentation, reporting, scheduling and administrative processes are delivered to a consistently high standard.
As the PMO champion you will provide guidance and mentoring to the junior members in the team, helping to develop best practices and maintain quality across the PMO function.
- What You Will Be Doing
- Create, maintain and organise project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports and meeting minutes
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Operations Team, including coordinating permits, managing traffic management requirements, obtaining third‑party quotations and proactively tracking actions and deadlines
- Maintain and audit project documentation standards to ensure consistency and compliance with organisational processes
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of internal and external resources
- Support the production of operational and project reporting
- Deputise for the Head of Operational Delivery and Governance when required
- Support the Head of Service Management with operational and governance activities
- Coach, mentor and provide training to PMO Assistants
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure processes are documented and maintained appropriately
- Support ISO and BSI audits as required Contribute to wider business initiatives and continuous improvement activities
