We’re looking for a Head of Product Management to lead the strategy, performance and evolution of our Traffic Technology portfolio. This is a key leadership role, responsible for setting product direction, guiding investment and ensuring our solutions deliver real value - commercially, operationally and for our customers. You’ll work across Commercial, Engineering and Operations to ensure what we design is scalable, compliant and effective in live environments.
This role provides the opportunity to lead and evolve a critical function within a growing, technology-enabled business. You will define the long‑term product vision, influence senior stakeholders and ensure that product investment is focused on the areas that deliver the greatest value. You will also play a key role in strengthening how Product Management operates across the organisation – bringing structure, clarity and a consistent approach to decision-making and prioritisation.
What you will be doing:
- Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap
- Drive prioritisation and investment decisions across the portfolio
- Act as the key link between Commercial, Engineering and Operations
- Use data, customer insight and live performance to shape product direction
- Ensure products are deliverable, scalable and supportable at scale
- Support bids, pricing and growth opportunities
- Lead and develop the Product Management capability
