Civil Enforcement Officer

Here at NSL, part of Marston Holdings Ltd., we are not just the “parking people”; we are so much more than that. Our team of highly trained frontline colleagues and back-office support team members provide outsourced business services to the public and private sectors. These include comprehensive parking and street management solutions that contribute to creating a great place to work and live.

You will probably know us best as the friendly faces you see around your local neighbourhoods and high streets keeping your streets safe and accessible.

Within this role you will be patrolling public streets and car parks, advising the public of where they can park safely and securely, issuing tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles, reporting suspected abandoned vehicles, and dealing with enquiries from the members of the public.

If you enjoy being outdoors and have great communication skills, we would love to hear from you. This role is slightly different to others as you will be deployed directly to a beat location from your home each day instead of reporting to the base. A driving licence is essential for this role.

What’s in it for you?
