About The Role

Engage, a technology driven field services provider and part of Marston Holdings Limited, is expanding its Dual Fuel workforce following the successful award of major contracts with leading energy suppliers.

We’re looking for a Smart Dual Fuel Engineer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

You’ll receive ongoing support, training, and coaching to help you succeed and grow in the role.

In addition to smart meter exchanges, you’ll be trained in Revenue Protection, where you’ll inspect metering equipment for signs of tampering or energy theft.

You’ll also be involved in multiple workstreams as part of your continuing professional development (CPD), ensuring no two days are the same.

What you will be doing

  • Working on residential and commercial warrants.
  • Ongoing maintenance and emergency work on meter assets.
  • Fault Finding on noncommunicating sites.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in Dual Fuel smart metering
  • CMA1 / CCN1 + MET1 qualifications (or equivalent), in date
  • MOCOPA authorisation and/or Level 2 Diploma in Smart Metering
  • The ability to coach and support new and existing team members
