Marston Holdings is a leading provider of technology enabled services to both the public and private sectors. As part of our sustained growth, we are expanding our Group Talent function and seeking an experienced volume Recruiter to support the delivery of high quality recruitment outcomes across our multi‑brand organisation. This role presents an excellent opportunity to help shape our recruitment strategy, strengthen technical talent pipelines and ensure a consistently positive experience for all candidates.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing high-volume recruitment campaigns across business critical areas.
  • Using creative sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates.
  • Conducting pre-screen interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit.
  • Championing a top-tier candidate experience, from first contact to onboarding.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to meet workforce demands quickly and effectively.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in volume recruitment and pre-screening ideally in an in-house recruitment environment.
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused approach - you're someone who gets things done.
  • Confident using job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to source talent.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders.
  • Super organised and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
  • Full UK driving licence - national travel may be required.
