  • IO Associates is seeking a talented and driven Business Controller / Management Accountant to join our dynamic team. This role offers a varied and challenging opportunity, requiring strong analytical skills to manage both recurring and ad-hoc activities, while driving continuous improvements in financial processes.
  • You will collaborate with multiple business units and play an essential part in ensuring the financial health and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes, ensuring alignment with the company\’s financial objectives.
  • Work closely with local business and operational managers to identify and propose improvement projects for inclusion in the budget assumption pack.
  • Validate financial information (business case, ROI, sizing) for decision-making.
  • Provide robust and timely financial reporting to both local and central teams to track performance against targets and highlight potential financial risks.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA preferred) with at least 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in a manufacturing or commercial environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP or equivalent financial reporting tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels across different countries.
  • A positive, proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and enthusiastic team environment.
