Pound Supervisor NSL, part of Marston Holdings Limited, is looking for a Pound Supervisor on a full‑time, permanent basis. The role involves overseeing the vehicle pound and leading a high‑performing team of Enforcement Officers.

Responsibilities

  • Compile duty rosters and daily records of shift allocations
  • Administer and oversee all routines and duties of the contract office
  • Produce vehicle‑condition and/or reconciliation reports
  • Produce and store all documentation required to operate the contract
  • Use and maintain company equipment allocated for daily tasks
  • Complete incident, health & safety and accident reports
  • Liaise with members of the public and give advice on enforcement procedures courteously, ensuring our customer‑care policy is adhered to at all times
  • Handle telephone enquiries and written correspondence
  • Professionally deal with customer complaints and enquiries

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supervisory/management role is essential
  • Experience using a cash‑receipting system
  • Excellent time‑management and organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate with customers, often in difficult and demanding circumstances
  • Strong report‑writing skills
  • Flexibility to accommodate business needs
